Meg’s story

When Meg came to me, she was referred through the Community Cupboard - a local food bank and holistic support charity. She wanted to finish her degree and build a better future for her family but with ADHD and ongoing health issues, it felt impossible.

She was completely overwhelmed, stuck at home, and unsure how to take the next step.

I offered Meg my Leap Forward coaching package at a discounted charity rate. Through regular sessions, she built strategies that worked for her, stopped spiralling, and regained the confidence to keep going.

Since then, she’s graduated with a First, been shortlisted for the Penguin Design Award, landed an agency internship, and started her career with a studio in London. She’s even got her first few freelance projects under her belt. She no longer needs support from the Cupboard and she’s got her sights set firmly on the future.
